WELLINGTON STREET MOSMAN PARK
Pre-Sale Preparation & Restyle
One week's notice. Easter weekend. Anzac Day. A large family home that was tired and needed to be market-ready in two and a half weeks. This is the kind of brief most people would hesitate on. IKOS said yes. The referral came through Ray White Cottesloe with urgency built in — no buffer, no before photos, and a public holiday weekend sitting squarely in the middle of the timeline. One site meeting. That was all the time there was. The vendor, who had a house filled to the brim with retro furniture and an extensive art collection, didn't have the time, nor the trade contacts. That's exactly where IKOS comes in. A trusted network of trades and service providers — painters, landscapers, cleaners, stylists — mobilised quickly and coordinated without the client needing to make a single call. What followed was a full-scale mobilisation. Twenty-three cubic metres of green waste cleared from the property. Painting and repair work completed throughout. New light fittings installed, landscaping brought into order, every surface high-pressure hosed, and the home deep cleaned from top to bottom. The owners' existing furniture was then restyled entirely — repositioned, curated, and presented as though it had always belonged exactly where it ended up. Two and a half weeks later, 137 Wellington Street was on the market. Some projects are about design. This one was about discipline, speed, and the kind of experience that means you know exactly what to do — even when there's no time to think about it.
